Orders are dispatched from our studio and warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking link once your order is shipped through Shiprocket’s logistics network.

Our shipping operations run Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Made-to-Order / Customised Products: These are crafted specially for you. The processing and production timeline ranges from 15–45 business days, depending on product type and order complexity.
We will communicate the estimated delivery schedule at the time of purchase.
Note: During festive seasons, wedding peaks, or sale events, processing times may vary slightly. Our team will notify you in such cases.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.

Orders typically reach within 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the availability of service by our logistics partners through Shiprocket.

Shiprocket integrates with top-tier courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and more, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries.

We ship worldwide via Shiprocket’s international courier partners.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s weight, size, and destination.

Delivery timelines typically range between 7–15 business days from dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees as per the laws of the destination country. These are payable by the customer upon delivery. Chowk holds no responsibility for customs delays or additional charges levied.
5. Delays in Shipment
While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, external factors such as bad weather, operational disruptions, or customs delays might affect the delivery timeline. Shiprocket’s live tracking system will help keep you updated on your shipment’s status in real-time.
For made-to-order pieces, occasional production delays may occur due to the handcrafting nature of our work. In such cases, we will proactively inform you.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification email and/or WhatsApp message containing your Shiprocket-powered tracking link. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey through Shiprocket’s integrated courier partners until final delivery.
7. Address Changes and Incorrect Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order.

Modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting our team.

Chowk is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch will be charged to the customer.
8. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept:

For domestic orders: The package will be returned to us and can be resent after payment of additional shipping charges.

For international orders: Re-shipping will be arranged upon payment of return and re-dispatch charges.
9. Packaging
All orders are packaged securely using eco-conscious materials and Chowk’s signature packaging to ensure your product arrives safely and beautifully.
10. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products with different production timelines, we may ship them separately to avoid delays. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment through Shiprocket.
