1. Introduction
Welcome to Chowk. By using our website www.chowkstudio.com (the "Site") or making a purchase, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services or purchasing from our Site.
2. Definitions

3. Pricing & Product Availability
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Chowk reserves the right to modify product prices, discontinue products, or make changes to product specifications at any time without notice.
Please note that product colors, textures, and measurements may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of some items. These variations are not considered defects.
4. Order Acceptance
Order confirmation via email does not imply acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or information, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders within India will be shipped via our logistics partner Shiprocket. Delivery timelines vary based on the location, product type, and availability.
International orders are shipped via third-party international couriers and may incur additional shipping and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or courier service disruptions.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence (preferably including an unboxing video) showing the defect or damage. Claims without evidence will not be processed.
For accepted claims, we will offer a replacement or a store credit note valid for 6 months. No cash refunds are provided.

7. Intellectual Property

Chowk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We value your privacy. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
Chowk reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your purchase or use will apply.
By using our Site and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
